Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation & Order Policy ✧**
Because all press-on nail sets are handmade and customized specifically for each client, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin your order.
• Deposits are non-refundable and secure your spot in my order queue.
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless work has already begun.
• Once a set has entered production, cancellations are not permitted.
• Design changes requested after production has started may not be accommodated.
• If an invoice remains unpaid for more than 48 hours, your order request may be canceled.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate sizing measurements and shipping information.
• I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped.
• Due to the custom nature of handmade press-on nails, all sales are final and refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted.
